I would not approach it so " seriously " as which is better
( personal opinion the best of them is Lust Epidemic then Treasure of Nadia and lastly this whattchamacallit The Genesis Order )
Question is which is to your personal taste the better choice... this latter game lacks in every bit of gameplay features BUT the technical advancements over the years...

I see an incest patch. Playing Treasures of Nadia, the incest patch barely made sense and bugged out a good bit. Does it make sense in this game in any way?
No. The patch is fanmade, and stopped being updated a while ago anyway. I haven’t tried it in either game, but if it didn’t make any sense in Treasure of Nadia and bugged out, it’s likely not going to be any better here.
