Have ya checked ya save location ? maybe ya updated wrong, delete ya game and upload FULL v.85082
may work for ya

I see an incest patch. Playing Treasures of Nadia, the incest patch barely made sense and bugged out a good bit. Does it make sense in this game in any way?

Same as TON, it's not a patch to fix a patreon situation, it's just a fanmade thing to create an incest situation. Which I have to say was easier doable in TON than in TGO.

You don't need to do anything with the metal detector, once it's in your inventory it's good, same for jumping shoes.

It looks like I've more or less figured out why this is the case. Apparently the "Total Pages" variable (variable #11) is never touched, despite the counts for all the individual ladies working just fine (variables #61-#72). I wonder whether the devs broke something somewhere along the way. You can check for mismatches between the total and individual counts by uploading both a save file and the file <game path>/www/data/System.json on saveeditonline for instance. I'm on version 85082 myself and that's the version I started playing the game at.

edit: I edited my savefile so that the total page count matches the number of pages I've found and now I can access the puzzle.
