I've downloaded v1.05 on Windows, but it's not starting overall. Only short showing a spinner on my cursor, but nothing else happens. Have someone else seen this problem and found a fix for this?

You are right - another person did make an HD upgrade. You can blame trolls and the site's management for its disappearance. But not all is lost. The creator of HD is now working with NLT. From the latest news it seems that they are working to ensure that all NLT sponsor levels receive HD packages.

What do you mean by "four games," o.o? I only played this one and the previous one, Nadia, something.
First one they made was Lust Epidemic, then Treasure of Nadia, then The Genesis Order and the fourth is The Symphony of the Serpent (not finished though they release new updates every month).
