You get the new booty call automatically. To do something with it, you need Melissa's first KS page, which can be found in a chest in the secret room beneath the hall in the manor. The key to the chest is in the warehouse, on the bottom of the left side of the building. Once you have this, make the call from your phone and choose Melissa.
The chest in the room beneath the statue that you go with Kimberly to (with the pentagram). When you come back it's on the left, no way to miss it.

NLT chips away 2% with every update. He has 49% to go. That's roughly a year of development. So roughly November 2023 will be the final TGO update.
But another food for thought: Melissa scene in this update was the best one we've ever gotten so far. Thoughts?

Usually it is 2 % via update but don't forget the last part ( bonus ) goes with 1 % via update

Melissa... pfft pretty hard to measure but seeing all the LIs in the 3 games she's in the latter section for me... I wouldn't even call those ones as favourites if I wanna be honest

It's like going for Madame. I think that I may have bugged it. I checked the warehouse before finding the KS page from the last update.Did you unlock the Nellie KS page from the previous update?
The rat is for the cat behind the church that drops the key for the chest from the previous update (in Andrea's house, play the piano - C/E/D - first button, last button, middle button - opens the door and the chest is on the right.)
No worries, go unlock both boxes with the keys (warehouse and cat behind church), in fact go get the key from the cat first and then come back to the warehouse again and you should be able to get both KS pages.
