It does not in this update. I had to check with the Oracle to see if there was anything else to do after going to the diner and that's when she said the update content was done. So you clearly had everything else done and bought.The ending message triggers as soon as you reach the end of an update STORYWISE ! Getting everything there is has nothing to do with it !

I just spent about 4 minutes on this to test whether you are right or wrong... the update complete pops up automatically after you finished all story elements ( obviously it ends with Ray Farm and the Arianna BS... ) so I dunno maybe you just skipped that part or you were fapping too hard to realise...

The update complete pops up ( normally ! ) after you talk to Arianna about sex and pregnancy...
I did what the pictures said to do. I usually just extract them in a folder then drag and drop the contents into the data folder.
