Really? For me she was standing in the first room after entering, talking to Lillian. She will then go upstairs to change clothes after which you can find her at Heather's home.

Don't ask me... ask yourself ! But I don't know HOW we got to this point since the first thing you check after an " update " is if it was successful or not via the main menu...

I think you're looking for a red button to activate - go to the second floor of the TV studio, in front of Kimberly's dressing room.
