How i can reach the basketball in the police station? in the walkthrough says that i have to click in the ball but i cant get it...have to do something about the water first, i searched the place and i didnt find anything related to it
You first need to turn the valve outside the police station, then the ball will go down and you can get it from the locker room

If you haven't found it yet, take a closer look around the forest to the north-west. You should have a way to get around now (since now you should be able to cross water streams)
Not possible for this game because everything is hard coded and cannot be reset externally by an initialisation file. When the game is complete some sad sack would have to go through the code, line by line, and alter the names and nouns etc., manually to alter the relationships. With a game this big I doubt anybody would bother to do that unless they had a screw loose.
