I plaid them all, and I have to say I liked TON a lot better than LE, but I like TGO even more. A few small annoyances I had with TON were fixed in TGO. So in all ti's an improvement.
Well we disagree on that and the others that rated the game as well don't think so... regardless if it's good for you then it's all well ;) All in all it's a good game to play but in my opinion in no way ( except graphics ) better than the former two :p

Looking at a few of the negative ratings, my guess is that many players are bored with the story that began with Lust Epidemic. I can understand that a bit - from Tales of Nadia to Genesis Order, not a lot has been introduced except for the new characters and setting.

And while the overall visual quality has improved continuously, there was a bigger jump from LE to TON.

I'd agree though, that this rating seems unfair - it has a decent story, especially compared to other sandbox games, a variety of good looking LIs and the lewd scenes are better than those in many other games with much higher ratings.

Perhaps the main reason is that NLT is clearly a well established group that, looking at the progress reports, seem to be doing pretty well for themselves, working in a comfortable environment with good equipment. So people have higher expectations than for a single dev working in their bedroom on their first game.
This isn't a sandbox game and most people whined about no wincest

You could be right, about the story. But you are right about the graphics. I have to say, I hated the LE story, because of the ugly woman, the ones you see back in the video's you can buy in TGO.

Having said that game play improved a little, a few things that were irritating in TON, were fixed in the TGO.

What RPMaker goes, is there anything better? Ren'py or so is nice, but not for walking around games, at least I haven't seen any. It's only used succesfully for VN type games. Then you have those dotnet games too, they all have a totally different interface, I rather got used to RPMaker games.

Don't wanna jump the gun... but I'd say the next gen NLT game will use Unity ;)

Oh boy... Unity game interfaces are terrible, at least the ones I saw until now...
Pre-emptive pro tip to every1 and their mom who can't stomach RPGmaker : rejoice, there's now a RPGmaker that runs on Unity. Best outcome of combining 2 junklicious engines into 1 and not get anything better out of it. Win-win

To be fair, ToN by 45% was full of pointless waste of time like the fishing game and the puzzles. At least we don't have that yet.

But story-wise, yeah, ToN was better.

" Pointless waste of time " You realize the thing you are talking about is what made it a GAME and not online streamed porn :KEK: Not taking graphics I'd say Lust Epidemic was the best

No, I disagree. And I'm sure quite a few people feel the same way too, as evidenced by the endless complaints about them in the ToN thread.

Ehh... just because the masses couldn't figure out HOW TO do the fishing ( it was really simple wrote about it several times ) it doesn't mean that those complaints were justified :p Don't remember my record but a complete fishing quest was around 20 minutes or so... unbearable :KEK:

It's entirely justified in my opinion because neither the fishing game or the puzzles did anything to advance the already weak plot.

If you think those are what made it a GAME, then you must have rather enjoyed the needlessly stretching out of the already weak plot in the latter third of ToN, because those also made it a game, and are at least related to the plot, however frivolously.

Compared to TGO ( which in my eyes is much less of a game and more like a bunch of scenes one after another :KEK: ) fishing game ( already said it not gonna go into this again... 20 minutes if you know what how when to do ! ) and the puzzle game which made you use your wits for once ( yeah I know... dirty and cheap solution waiting for someone else to solve it and post it into the cloud exists... but this was part of the game to use your..... ehhh whatever... most of the folks just wanted to jack their dick off in the first place  )

Fishing and puzzles were forced to make a 100% run... which was good... the docks in TGO probably will serve as a similar game type but conclusion is : I think we have a very different understanding about what makes a game a game :p

Yep... Can't say hours on that fishing, but I never got to catch the largest fish, in the end, I opened the save-game in 'saveeditonline.com', and changed that item to done. Finding that out, was faster then catching that last fish...

Hi. Nlt media games are awesome. I've played all their games before - the best one is Treasure of Nadia. Naomi simply the best! :) Can you give us game titles that are at least a bit as good as these?

Nope, there aren't any, everything is a little bit different, wat I liked was:

Town of Passion
Zombie's Retreat I + (II, last one is not finished yet).
Milfairy Tales (not finished either)

If someone knows more in that style, that are worthy of playing, I love to hear it...
