Though he hasn't posted his progress on patreon since 2023, he is fairly active with his appearance on F95. The last statement he gave was a fair while back this year:

Since he has always maintained the progress to be consistent but slow given he is working on multiple projects, this isn't necessarily a cause for concern. All we can do is be patient and wait to see how things unfold.

Ladies and gentlemen, while we wait for the developer to respond, I will entertain you briefly.
I eventually found DAZ assets for Yharnam (special thanks to LonerPrime for the help) — and created a sample render, which you can see below.

P.S. Sorry, I couldn't resist making the character's chest bigger than it is in the game!

The following DAZ assets were used:

Head and body: Dior HD [Daz Originals / Mousso]
Hair: Sara Hair for Genesis 3 and 8 Female(s) + OOT Hairblending 2.0 Texture XPansion

So, full playthrough finished, better than expected. Thoughts.

CONS~

-Could have used a bit more development of the characters and their evolving relationships in a non-sexual context. Some of this IS present which is good, but trusty was probably right about four haremettes being too much for the length, makes alice and edea feel a little tacked on.

-NOT a fan of parasitic pregnancy in general, but it's especially jarring in a cuter more romantic work, and kind of janks up the best ending.

-Some of the ending variants never got finished (notably a yharnam/nax/morgana throuple end)

PROS~

-Multiple routes, which require ACTUALLY acting differently to move between

-Lots of post-climax epilogue content, the true/cannon ending in particular is quite large

-The story in general is so much nicer/friendlier/sweeter/more romantic than is normal for the genre and setup that it ends up quite unique

-nax is an adorable hardworking goofy little treasure

All in all, very unexpected.

Yea from my understanding the dev has kids and a family and has not been active here for quite some time. Most of the people with kids that I know have very little spare time and I doubt the dev wants to spend his one hour a week free time to develop a gooning game for us. I hope I am wrong tho since he seems pretty good at making this type of stuff but I would not keep my hopes up.
