Maaaaaan just as we were getting another hot Grandma character, I hope SP returns and they do pick this project up at a later date was actually a favourite. When they have an update hopefully they put down where we can support them again
i know right, thick heavily endowed grandmas that dont look ugly in 3dcg are super rare. It is truly unfortunate. Im gonna be the debbie downer here for a bit and say this game is OVER. Ive seen this happen many times. The developer begins to lose some steam, we get some delays here and there but he seems fine, and then BOOM! they suffer some sort of setback: page taken down, page under review, a crucial team member goes mia, personal life shit. Look at the dev from Heart Problems, phenomenal project. The guy went through the similar process: progress slow down, patreon took em down, they come back on ss, it seems like all hope is not lost, and then.. radio silence.
Be thankful we are at least getting an explanation. In some case they just straight vanish to not be heard of for months, years if not forever. For example, the dude making Duality, vanished. The master mind behind True Bond, Cloudlet, vanished. And these are just the pro devs with serious skills that were cooking top tier stuff, not to mention the rest with strong potential who also just dip without reason. Could really be anything: death, poor health, prison, or they just straight up picked a different route in life. No one knows.
Best we can do is move on and not btch about it or beg for someone else to pick up the game cuz that just never goes anywhere. Seeing a dev complete their game after years feels so good even if their game is mid, cuz they commited to that shit, they did it for the love of it and in the process made money. And if the game is GOATED I actually get emotional. That time Sisterly lust ended I teared up at that final black and white render, the dev completed that game and now years later hes about to complete another one. Power Vacuum, BEEN on that shit from the first build back in 2019 and the dev is close to dropping the final chapter. My brother! I celebrate these mfs accomplishments cuz I KNOW this shit aint easy. You need to do it for the love of it, not for money, not for obligation, not for lust. Otherwise your heart will eventually weaver and all of the sudden the path you took on back then seems... kind of pointless.

fyi (im pretty sure?????) that serious punch used to be called MYLF3D and developed this game awhile back before he started all this, as well as . I could be wrong tho and this could be a totally different author, but one of the models looks extremely similar to laura in this game

You could be right, but both could also be using the same model asset, and it's just a coincidence.

Wrong
AI created it
you just hammered your keyboard with prompts.

Do me a fucking favor since im tired of all AI crap here at F95.
if its AI created then specify it.
if you used someone elses 3D content as reference then specify it.
I am absolutely sick and tired of every site I frequent being flooded with garbage AI "art." None of it is good, IMO.

Yeah it looks like it. Dead and gone. It's really a shame because as I stated before all the good games lately has shut up shop, close their doors and vanished into the nether. Heart problems, But I'm the bad guy, the list is endless. I reckon it's a bad case of burnout. Taking 5 to 7 years to complete just one game when competing with life can be demoralizing.
My thoughts are for the game devs who enjoy making good quality games should make it their propriety. I know it sounds unachievable when life gets in the way, working an 8 hour shift at work then coming home to live then trying to find the time to get in a few hours on the game before starting the cycle all over again. day in day out. To me that's not a dedicated Dev. Just a hobbyist looking to scam extra cash.
What I am trying to say i guess is If a dev found the time to get a game out in 3 to 6 months, I would gladly pay an appropriate amount to cover his expenses, for the game. I am sure a lot of other dedicated game players out there like me would do the same. This paying monthly is the pits as far as I am concerned. You end up paying an exorbitant amount of money hoping that the dev even puts out an update. Take this one for example how many years has it been going ? I am sponsoring another game maker to the tune of 10 a month. It's not alot but he does produce a great game and I am willing to wait. If that was the same for this game, easly over 500 to 600 bucks paid so far for a game that's not even half way finished. Food for thought?
Just sayin. Really is a shame as I was really getting into grandma in a good way :)
