i think in order to do that you need to cntact the dev and ask for his permission no?someone take the models or sum and make something new

Nope, unless he made those assets from scratch he can't stop anyone since he likely used existing daz3d models, months, and assets so it's only limited to whether he will share it or the community will have to figure it out themselves.
