Sorry, what I meant is that since the author 'remade' the game, is the remake version caught up to the previous content, or is it still worth playing the old version because it has more content?

A lot of times when stuff gets remade, it takes a really long time to catch back up and sometimes the 'remade' content isn't good enough to justify skipping the old version.
