PLZ SOMEBODY HELP me stray boards quest not working I saw that dazedanon posted something about a fix but how do I download and apply it?

I have been playing the official MTL translation from Studiodobby/DLsite. Sadly it is not actually completely translated. In particular, the gambling minigame and a few other small option side-bits are still japanese.
I haven't played dazedanon's old MTL so I can't compare, but at least the official one doesn't have Bulletin Board bug.
I just wish there was an Uncen somewhere, since the censorship here is worse than what I'm used to.

EDIT: Nvm. I opened the game.exe and it says 1.1.1, but the game_en.exe one says 1.1.0

just a little question, is there an way to make the game less heavier ? like, for me the game is extremely low since its kinda heavy, even with nothing but the game opened, not even navigator (google/operagx)

You run around as a party and switch between them to make use of their skills or their presence (in case of events for specific character).
I don't know why the bulleting board quest do not pop up in any towns, I press Z but just hear the sound effect. Know I'm stucking at doing a request of a man related to the witch. Anybody know how to make the bulleting boards appear?
