It does for Helen, it doesn't for Haley, I know because I've played 5 different playthroughs. So:
1 - you end up with Helen IF you went to her at the end of episode 4 (grep4fn = True) AND if you did not reject her when she kissed you (helen_w = True).
2 - you end up with Haley in ANY other case.
(you can also get both scenes if you cheat and set all 3 variables to True)

But once again, there is a 2-weeks gap in episode 6 when we have absolutely no idea what happened to the MC. Very frustrating.

Thanks, this is actually useful for me, as I'd prefer to go to Helen in Ep. 4 but end up with Haley for Eps. 5-6.

It sucks that Helen's path is locked to that choice. From what I remember the choice was to either go to Grey who was shot and Helen was heading his way or go to Haley. But the way the antagonist (Ledger?) described Haley's situation there was no way I wouldn't go to Haley even though I'm not interested in her. But Haley's path must have some other requirements than just going to her that night.

there is paths yes , for now the paths are only for 3 girls , the others you can get them in any path , which is Grey daughters and your childhood fri

So is this like MC can not Romance these 3 girls at a same playthrough?

MC have to choose between scenes who he want to be with, choose one and the other one can not be done in same playthrough..??

In most Sandbox game we can get all the scenes.

As long as I can date all girls, that is good for me, in the end harem or choose only one doesn’t matter.

Helen, you unlock it naturally if you're on her route. But since you got the Jenny scene you aren't on Helen's.

I got both of their scenes in a single playthrough, not using any mod btw
Rejecting anna seems like an option for jenny scene

Everything is in one, Patreon is as it says the Patreon release, while the Steam release has the exclusive DLC (it's accessed via the main menu).
