In the last update, how do I unlock the scene with Kelly near the end? I always get the option to refuse. It doesn't appear in any of my playthroughs, what is the condition to have that scene?

I was wondering the same the other day. Not sleeping with her the first time when she was drunk did the trick for me.

I'm Faelwen Swiftarrow. I'm an elf and part of the city guard — an archer, and yeah, I’ve got a bit of a chip on my shoulder about humans who underestimate me just because I look young. I’ve been in the guard for thirty years, but I still look twenty. People treat me like a rookie, so I make damn sure they know I’m not. I guess that’s why I come off a little intense.

Let me see if I understand this: apart from new seasons of The Grey Dream, another game called Greyvale Rivalry is being developed in parallel?

Isn't that a lot to take on? It could delay releases.

I'm kind of a bookworm. I picked up magic through studying alchemy, not some fancy wizard academy. My spells come from understanding chemical reactions and manipulating the elements, not waving a wand and hoping for the best.

Hello everyone,
We're here with what may be the final status update of episode one. Since the last update, we've made good progress. We've finished the two large scenes that were left over from last week, and now only two small scenes and the second scene remain. In addition to rendering, we've made good progress with the coding, too. So far, we have coded 20% of the game, which equates to around 4,000 lines of code, the same as an episode of The Grey Dream. We hope the first episode will offer a decent amount of playtime.
We've also continued working on the cinematics. We've finished the first one and started working on the second of the four. You might ask why 4? We thought some scenes could be better with their own cinematics, so we've decided to add them. Surprisingly, we finished the in-game animations before the renders for the first time!
So, what's left? Besides finishing 2.5 scenes, all that's left is rendering the posed scenes, coding them, and implementing some in-game mechanics.
Now that we've covered the rest, let's move on to the scenes and the previews.
Scene 13: We've been sharing character introductions from this scene for the last two days. We wouldn't normally share this much, but we were so excited about this scene that we wanted to show you at least part of it. So far, we've rendered around 246 images, but we'll make some additions, so the final total should be around 260.

Scene 16: This is another scene that took hours to render due to the sheer number of characters. It took much longer than expected due to hardware limitations, but it's finished now. It ended up being 110 renders.

I am Thorin Ale-Beard, dwarven bard extraordinaire! I play a mean lute. I've been banned from half the taverns in the kingdom for creative differences and I ride a battle-trained goat named Gerald!

anyone know how to fix my save not loading?

Hmm, I've actually looked into this a bit cuz of my own frustrations. I think the primarily reason is that in the script, the devs very rarely use labels (which is what renpy uses to load saves, and a rollback stopping point). Like 1 label per 1000 lines; they don't designate individual scenes with labels.

A possible workaround (which I was looking into the other day but didn't finish so ymmv) is increasing the , which I gleaned from this comment. Short of manually adding labels to the script yourself, and then replaying with the updated script(s), and then saving and loading as u normally would. Which is what I've done and has worked.

But yea ultimately I don't think it's a user introduced problem; it's to do with how the script itself was programmed
