I personally don't like that the protagonist turn into a girl whatever he has scenes with the futanari one.

Agreed, however I think it's a little late in development for something like that to change. Maybe the dev could add an option for futa on male, who knows.
It's got its ups and downs, but I'd say it's worth trying out if you're into giantess and/or futa.
