As far as I can tell you have to move your save games yourself. Just make sure to move or copy your saves BEFORE you delete the old version because the save folder location is actually within the subfolder where you extracted the game:
...\Folder where you run the game from\The Halo Project_Data\Saves
The NEW save game location (v0.51) is:
C:\Users\<YOUR USER NAME HERE>\AppData\LocalLow\Hush\The Halo Project\Saves
This is information that the dev SHOULD have made clear within either the v0.51 Changelog or by adding the information somewhere in the OP so as to inform everyone and, hopefully, try to prevent players from accidentally deleting all of their save games!
If, however, you've already deleted the old version, including your save games, then feel free to blame the dev for not warning everyone!
Saves will be unstable for these few updates as I am changing the objective system. But I will try to make it as stable as possible.
I thought about it. But will it really make a difference if there is no some sort of X-ray view as reference?
Can you provide a screenshot of the console log and how you encounter the error?

Great, except my v0.51 save won't load in v0.51a! Maybe put some sort of warning about incompatible saves next time because it's not much fun having to constantly start over every time there's an update!
I'll be moving on to other games, my interest in this one has been effectively killed! 
You can just open the save file in a text editor and change the “version” string at the end. Yes, the game should be able to handle this automatically, but there’s no need to have a melty
You can sometimes find her wandering about in public areas, but to reach her house you need to unlock the mansion (I think by corrupting Irene?) and then scroll to the right on one of the area selection screens. Yes, you can scroll those screens, even though there's nothing in the UI suggesting it. The mansion is currently the only area that's hidden all the way off the screen.
not corrupting irene, antonia(doctor) however the skill description on lv3 doesnt state it also unlocks mansion but it definitly does unlock the 2 houses + the mansion
One of the students definitely says they give you "key to the mansion", though. That may be required to get past the main entrance.
hmm the original update post states its unlocked through antonia, and iirc irene only unlocked library key i also did a mini speedrun to get lv 3 antonia and it did unlock it (havent even put a finger on irene or her mom)
If you look in the character list, Irene's level 3 says "Mansion Key: Ability to enter Mansion". Then Atonia's level 3 says "Data Leak: Reveal Lisa house, Zahra house". You might be able to enter the area without the key, but there are doors inside that may need the key to open.
