The easiest way to cheat in html games is to use the browser console (F12 in most browsers), with it you can edit variables.

For most Sugarcube games the variables are in the Form:

SugarCube.State.active.<variable name>

For this games the following are useful:
SugarCube.State.active.variables.maxEnergy = 1000 (to set your maximum Energy to 1000, use once for the next step)
SugarCube.State.active.variables.energy = 1000 (set current energy to 1000)
SugarCube.State.active.variables.money = 100000 (set money to 100000)
