is that future content? It looks like I've unlocked the daycare but there isnt anything there other than a few events with already existing characters

Its in game.
And have you kids? After few days after born they are in daycare and you can start with "older" them.

Not fully tested, but I seem to have bypassed the URM blocker with the modified files attached. If you get an error on first load about duplicate files, just hit reload and it should fix itself.

Paths:

This is certainly useful for learning Python, but this method has a drawback - in an evolving game will have to to check and change the files after each update. It is much more interesting change the tool itself (URM) so that it is not caught by the protection tailored specifically for it.
Well, the purpose of this is not very clear - the game has a built-in cheat that allows you to get rid of the grind, if you are not interested in grinding:
