I am still in the part of the story where I only now got the boat, and it is being rebuild... Yet, the game telling me that I can meet "Fendin"

Reading other responses, it would appear that the "Fendin" is a mermaid... and I guess I don't meet them until way after I get the boat up and running...

Yes, you don't get to clear this event until well near the end of the current build.

I have a bug, where basically any time a click on something the message from Ivette "gone into labor" plays out over and over again. Does anyone know a fix?
