When you play the event "Visit Pauline to see how she's doing" a hint pops up saying "You need to click on the seat while Pauline sits on it in the Ships Lounge, before playing this event".

Sure then came sex or replay event. I clicked on all seats I see no other choices.
Well, firstly, in this update, in my opinion, there is no further development of events with Pauline, and you can see about the events with other characters on the black screen under the "Get Help" button.
Secondly, if you don't have further hints on the "Get Help" screen, then this may be due to a passion for cheats: when players maintain their hunger/hygiene/sleep at maximum with the help of the cheat menu, there is a temptation not to sleep at all, but to continue to roam the map all 24 hour long. But during sleep, sometimes further developments are triggered. Therefore, do not forget to sleep in "your own bed", even if you don't want to according to the game...
I have no more options, sorry...
P.S. Oh yeah, when, on the contrary, your hunger/hygiene/sleep are too low, then some of the items in the list "compliment, flirt..." are also not displayed...

Only open is Pauline. Sleeping I do and only skip time then she is there or go in don`t trigger anything so it is open.

ThanksFirst, you've caught the bug where you keep getting that annoying message from Shakria "... I'll let you know when the baby..." and I haven't found an easy way to fix it in existing saves yet. (Although if you don't have it, it's probably just a mismatch between your save and my general settings, so don't bother with that.)Better as nothing.
Second, I did the following:
1. Clicked on the "bed" in the upper right and returned to the cottage.
2. Clicked on the clock until it was 10:00 p.m.
3. Clicked on the "Quick eat, wash and sleep" icon under the clock.
4. Woke up with entertainment, left the cottage and clicked on the ship "MAIDENS BLADE", then on "MAIN DECK" and then on "LOUNGE" (not "OBSERVATION LOUNGE" !!!)
5. Clicked on the clock until the time 5:00 p.m.
6. Clicked on the chair with Pauline (not on Pauline herself, move the cursor without clicking and you will understand what I mean)
7. Watched the scene and immediately clicked on Pauline and chose a compliment, flirting - it doesn't matter
8. After the standard dialogue in such a case, another dialogue immediately began and Pauline herself began to tell how she was doing.
9. After the dialogue ended, a continuation of the plot appeared under the "Get Help" button

If you still encountered the first point from the previous answer, then:Better as nothing.
Go to "Friend List", find Shakria, click on her and in the right column select the line "Is XXX days pregnant". Click on this line, read/skip the dialogues with the left mouse click until a blinking cursor appears to enter a number, enter 0 (zero) and press enter on the keyboard.
Try walking around the locations, chatting with the characters - at some point the message about the hospital and the child will disappear and you can continue playing further...
Unfortunately, I cannot clear the list of messages for you remotely (under the "Show messages" button and hover the cursor over Shakira - "Gone into labor") and it will remain with you until the end of the game...
The problem is I get after a time the hospital message with Shakira that I can make a baby. When you say no go away a time it goes good and then I have had it again so it a loop. Maybe these was the reason that I made a baby to her and get the other loop.
I read another solution and used it that means to put the day of pregnancy to 19 and after the birth all problems are gone.
The loop with Shakira came again after a time now I have only the choice 2&3 it is still annoying.

Everything I will write below I checked only with your save 7-5-LT1.save:
1. Unzip the FixSha.rpy file from the archive in the attachment
2. Without launching the game, copy the FixSha.rpy file to the "game" folder of your game (where the archive1.rpa, archive2.rpa, archive3.rpa, archive4.rpa, etc. files are located)
3. Launch the game, load your save
4. Press the button on the "phone in the game" "Change Settings" (bottom left, the button with gears)
5. In the pop-up window, click the Cheats line
6 Under the Input Code invitation, type FixSha and press enter
7. The window from step 4 will return again, now click Return
8. You can continue the game, do not forget to make a new save so as not to return to the old one...
P.S. After you have played enough and closed the game, you can delete the FixSha.rpy and FixSha.rpyc files from the "game" folder - there are now two of them (because when you start the game, it compiles the source code into "machine code").
But you can leave them, they will not interfere, if you do not repeat the above points again
P.P.S. This applies only to Sakria, do not try to fix problems with another character, it will not help, although it will not cause much harm, it will simply clear messages from Sakria.

I played further with my last save and use your fix with that.
Tried something out (point 2 because I don`t remember the name that blocks Alice and haven`t saved) and found these I don`t know if this should be:
1) Sharika hospital is gone.
1.1) Yvette maded her pregnant it looks she have give birth before then I have had all time the message from her she is in Hospital. She is out from Hospital another Girl is there all time the message Yvette is in Hospital it looks she blocks the other message (the real girl that is in Hospital).
1.2) Shakira is in Hospital Day 27 she don`t talk to you that she went there and she is there. Have you planed your fix so?
Load my last save:
2) Izzy pic blocks/overshadowed Alice pic in NTR School (right side from there is visible so you can see her name all other are blocked/overshadowed and normal so much space is there that the pic from Izzy should have another place in NTR School). Izzy is the daughter from Ingrid.
2.1) After she left Hospital no message loop like Yvette.
2.1.1) Ingrid picture for birth don`t exist only baby. It can be that is correct at the moment.

I haven't gotten past the first day yet, but considering the game has the MC breeding and that those child grow up, I'm guessing at some point he bangs his own daughters.
There still seems to be a bug with Tareen not giving birth.
As well as I guess general bugs and problems with the pregnancies.

Something's really messed up now, haha. Have yet to achieve a playthrough, where neither birthing of Ophelia, Tiegan, Thula, or a combination of them bugs and simultanously meeting the two girls on the observation deck works out. As I've seen everything work out correctly at least once, there must be some kind of successful, but unobvious obstacle course around the bug triggers. Hints would be great, a bug fix even better.
Also: ran into two babies getting the same suggested name at birth. Twice. One time i got two Alices, the other time Moose (!) was named Izzy. As he seems to like dressing quite feminine, he might find it even fitting, lol. The last point can be reverted retroactively by clicking the character's name in the contacts window. Game will suggest the correct name then, if you try to rename manually.
