So I just don't get it, you grind stats but can't fuck most of the girls? focusing on Debbie and she's pretty up in her stats but can just make out with her.

Is it possible you have not reached that point in the story, she is unlocked for me.

It's been like that since the beginning of the game, and I doubt the dev will be changing that anytime soon. It seems to just keep getting worse as the game progresses. Same goes for the spelling, which I doubt the dev really cares about since I haven't seen any changes since the start of the game.
