Yeah, I did it and just loaded my old save from the recycle bin to do it again. The metrics are 6 pain, 10 humiliation, and 10 pleasure (in the replay gallery they went up to 7, 12, and 12). If you're up to date in the quest, it says you're going to go to the next stage and cum in her mouth, which is half of the humiliation bar in itself.

The changelog for this update is detailing changes between ver 0.16.3 and ver 0.16.4. If ver 0.15 is the last one you've played then there is more content added than what is shown in this changelog. If you got the previous Mac version, just download the new Windows build and copy the folder called game from that download.
Then crack open the Mac app (right click, Show package contents) and paste that copied folder into /Contents/Resources/autorun, overwriting the game folder that's already there. Done.
