I'll add it for the next update. In the meantime just watch the scene with Candy on the replay screen. You can toggle unlocking all events on and off in the Cheat menu.

Story wise, it is important if you do not want to exploit Priti's innocence and push her into the old pervert's grasp.
Benefit in terms of gameplay, it is quicker to do so, if you just want his vote at the council. But for the moment, you miss a lot of things if you do it that way.

When I got the first Horny point, I got a msg that said there were only two horny points in the game so far. So if you want more you'll have to cheat.

Hmm, I assumed this meant that there are curently 2 scenes available that grant them.

The new 0.4.3 update includes an option in the built in cheat menu (push the "don't push" red button 3x) to accommodate this. An in-game option will be included in the next version.
