Is it possible to complete Priti at level 5 or Rachel at level 7 at this point? The numbers don't seem to add up.

The Max attainable levels for Priti and Rachel in the current version (14.3) are 5 and 10 respectively. For Priti the end of her current content is the 'baking' lesson in the cafeteria kitchen and for Rachel the last few levels have a few different prerequisites before each punishment cycle as well as particular sequences within the punishment itself. The quest log and the guide available at the OP or behind the 'Do Not Press' button on the replay are more comprehensive in guidance than I can be here.

I think this would be the best option for publishing all future game

Can't say I have seen that, personally, though maybe you were in the middle of a scene that was changed/fixed.
You could try loading one of your auto saves, if you don't have any others to try.
The overlook over your answers is the end of the minigame. Putting them into the Patreon-form (only possible for 10 h still) is a way to participate at the development of the game and to determine, how the Main Game progresses.

No, definitely not. There are some people on discord experimenting to reproduce the characters. Altos stated he might give out the cards once the game is finished. But as far as I remember, it sounded, as if he is still undecided about this.

The new sidestory makes me wonder about Donna. Her demeanor clearly indicates someone from a background of privilege. So how did she end up in a school for potential sex slaves? Did daddy dearest get angry she wouldn't marry who he picked? Did she party too hard? Or is this something more sinister, like a Hikaru Genji plot? Did she lose her fortune? This feels like there's more story here for the future.
I thought the prevailing theory was that he was one of the 'shadowy benefactors' of the school. I certainly thought there was dialogue hinting at such a thing from one of the characters stating they were well aware of who their father was.
