Just to confirm, Assphyxsia still isn't added right? I've tried finding her by Mulligan Token with no success (even confusing her with Asphya). But I remember her name appearing in older builds and at least two harlots referencing her. I'm not missing anything right?

Oddly enough I remember giving Suffocatrix Mamilla a Black Rose in the second and third encounters and she just said that "I was willing to take it to the next level" but she didn't kill me.

Adds 3 new harlots - Acarina, Sammy and Khanara
It also replaces the last of the placeholder 'dummy' harlots.
