Overall I'm impressed by the quality of this game. There is no Live2D but at least the writing is competent enough.

This is not wrong, BUT hypno are not part of it. Since hypno therapy are a thing too in real life, as in being use for medical, and hypnosis itself are being use in magic entertainment too. Hypno are never a part of banned word.

For this, not really. Even in Steam itself, a title with incest, cuck, blackmail, etc are still exist, and not taken down at all. Its even still exist on some Hentai or Porn title, even now. Even word Netorare, NTR picture are still exist and being posted in Pixiv, Patreon without the user got banned at all.
The only thing of that rule was they are only trying, but it was never able to be enforced on all site.

Does anyone know how to make romance route with Akane without hypnotizing? I tried many dialogues but it seems impossible. Even if I confess love before tournament day, he still hypnotize her and make her fwb. The ingame strategy tips doesn't give much detail either.

Don't have sex with the other girls, it negatively affects Akane's affection.

May I ask has anyone else had issues with loading the game? When I click the application all it does is say now loading, and it never stops loading.
