I assume you’re trying to run it not on pc with the game_en.exe like on joiplay or mac. If that’s the case: you need to extract the files from the game_en.exe and put them in their respective folders then run the game through the game.Exe. You can extract them using ebunpack, but if I remember correctly: someone’s already put the extracted files on here

Akane's still da best girl, so, idk. Also, I've read in one of the previous comments that max amount of affection before confession is 42 and you need only 32, while each scene outside akane's takes 5 away, so, you can watch 2 scenes before confessing.
