it seems the path your game folder is under contains some special characters that may cause an issue with loading the game files.
Try placing the game directory directly under "D:\" or at least inside folders that contain only English characters.

I got the same problem running the game with Exagear. To solve this problem, if you are using it:
1) Search for "Game.ini" file
2) Create a copy for backup in case it doesn't work
3) Rename it to "Game.txt"
4) Ctrl+a and delete everything in the file
5) Copy this into it:
Start=0
SoftModeFlag=1
WindowModeFlag=1
SEandBGM=3
FrameSkip=0
Proxy=
ProxyPort=
ScreenShotFlag=1
F12_Reset=1
Display_Number=0
Old_DirectX_Use=1
6) Save the changes
7) Rename the file to "Game.ini"
8) Retry to run the game with exagear
9) Enjoy a good game
It should works with all versions for this kind of error. With the 1.75 full modded it does. I found that every version, following the 1.45 pop up this kind of error in the main menu with exagear.
I think its also necessary (but I've not checked yet), to have all the file unpacked from the ".wolf" extension to make it works on Exagear. You can find good tutorial about it.
Edit: I've noticed that everytime you close the game and reopen it, it doesn't start. This is because the Game.ini file is messed up after executing the game. I think its necessary to set up the Config.exe file, but since its in Japanese and not readable for me, i prefer to modify every time, before I've to play the game, the Game.ini file as i wrote previously. In this way it works.

Hey fellas, this is not a question pertaining to the game, but seeing that the unfortunately low chances of Tengsten or other developers producing a title similar to this in the near future, I was wondering: Is there a mod for Skyrim or another game which emulates the same experience here? Perhaps a mod that allows you to join Hold's guard and become corrupt if you wish? A response would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know about any mod that does that, just modes that make the same more "sexy" in general.
Anyway, about similar titles, you should know that Procratinatus is working on a title inspired by this game.
He has a discord server where you can check up on things (though I haven't checked it for a while).
To be honest it seems really good, and he seems to try to cater to many fetishes, and has nice graphics (compared to this game).

bruh theres this bug that literally every npcs i marked having their face disappeared, any way to fix it??
Does anyone know the mod where frida and other previous characters come during game play? Not at the sandbox but at the gameplay.

If you want the original experience, without mods or uncensore, get the original version.
If uncensore is important to you, add that mode.
If you want to add "exotic" encounters, use the package that includes procratinatus mod, NPC mod, beauty pack and butlers' uncen mod. someone posted it not long ago here again.
The "Down side" of using it is that some of it doesn't fit with the rest of the game, it's there for extra enjoyment for those who wanted more. For example D.va or 2B being added. It's fun though, and doesn't really take away much from the immersion.
So make your call.
My recommendation? Get the version that includes everything.
Yeah, nothing that I know of. I even had Richard present for Hana's visits and nothing...

i have a problem when i want to make a slave mark in their belly, there is always said like a picture display cant find following with the green sign, and not just only that, actually i can skip the green sign, by the click it, but the caracter eye is dissapear for some reason.

Probably a missing file in some for the models, caused by applying several mods on the version you use.
If you add a picture of the error maybe someone will be able to give you more specific directions.
Looks like many people here are having file reading error. I found a solution that might be helpful for you. It's as simple as renaming the file in game folder. In my case, it's this folder: \Data\Picture\
For example, if the error message says "Cannot find Data/Picture/c33_MobWomanA_F0 - copiam.png", go to that folder. You'll likely find a file with similar name. Again in my case, the file is named "c33_MobWomanA_F0m - copia.png" insead. Rename the file and it will resolve the error immediately. Hope this helps.
