It said "APK Included" on dlsite page and even got a changelog for android version but I never found any apk version of it.

Just wanted to spread the word. The version posted above doesnt have the invisible characters problem. Finally I was able to play the game. Thanks a lot for posting new version. Hopefully it works for everyone else as well, didnt change locale or date or anything, it just worked.
Anybody knows a way to extract the girls animations? Some way to get their models without the HUD and stuff?

Apparently this meant delete Eternal alice (the publisher's name from whichever appdata folder you have it in) then start the game. Saves are in there though so might wanna keep those.

Figured it out recently.
Apparently the goal of the game is to see how long you can resist the urge of smashing your screen because of the frustration.
The beginning is fairly balanced if you're not a bot. Then you fight the queen and get instakilled whatever you do, in 1 turn or 10 if you keep blocking.
Still trying to figure out how to beat her being fully maxed out but won't spend much more time.
