Isn't this game pretty old? It seems I just finished all the content ( I'm at the competition with sis and I can't progress anymore ) in like an hour. Why it has so little content even tho it's in development for a long time? There are only handfull of scenes in it. Am I missing some content? The game is pretty straight forward so I don't think I've missed anything. Don't get me wrong the game is amazing. I love the quality of the scenes and designs of the characters. Especially the facial expressions are top tier. Just surprised how short it was...

I don't actively develop the game, I work on it only on my free time, which can be pretty scarce some days. Most of the time I have to juggle development time with my "real life" job, spending time with the wife and doing stuff around the house.
Back in 2019, I remade the game from scratch, everything was remade, scenes, imagery, characters, code, pretty much the only thing that didn't change was the story. That took me a lot more time than I thought it would. This has been both a blessing and a curse.
Blessing in that I learned so much stuff regarding programming and scene composition and it helped me grow a lot as a dev and artist.
And a curse in that it set me back a full year in development.
Also, there's the fact that I'm a perfectionist and most of the time I don't set for the "good enough" quality. I know it sounds like I'm busting my balls, but it is what it is. Perfectionism can be a pain in the neck due to the vicious cycle it creates, leading to anxiety episodes and even depression.

Thank you for the detailed explanation! I can understand why that is now. Also the game really shows your perfectionism since the game is perfect so far in my opinion <3. I only wanted to know about the content situation and now I know. I will certainly follow this game. Good luck with the game!

1. A cute girl with FRECKLES???? Gold star there, my friend.
2. What the hell is up with the MCs little finger wile he drinks? Is he English and it's the 1800s or something?
3. I love looking at hot girls just as much (if not more) than the next guy, but the camera pans are getting a little ridiculous. If you still want to keep them, may I suggest slowing them down just a tad?
4. Love the way you put M.I.L.F. on the side of her coffee cup......
5. "Super Smash My Bro"????? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!! Sounds like a bad 80s porn....

As per the results of the last poll, I'll be re-releasing v0.06.4 this month, it will be rebuilt using the last stable verion of Ren'py before 7.4.2 (which would be 7.3.5). The posts will be made later today (March, 1st) and the next Beta that will feature more content will be released only on April's 1st.

I tried to open TheInn.exe and also TheInn-32.exe, but still got the same problem.

That has been asked and replied numerous times already, there's even a disclaimar on the first post in this thread saying that v0.06.4 is a faulty update built on a broken Ren'py version. The big fucking disclaimer even says that, if you download it, you'll be wasting your time.
It doesn't work for most people and has already been rebuilt using an older version of Ren'py and made available to patrons.
