Well when content like that is included (or even anything else that's "out there") it's probably not a random afterthought. Either the developer likes it or at the very least doesn't mind it. It would be no surprise to believe any following works would also include it.
Not fully sure how it's going now, but for example this one game Deliverance had optional swinging content that people seemed to like. The dev is creating a new game, but it explicitly will not have the same content. People who liked it, don't know why it's not there again, and people who dislike such content don't "trust" the developer to not add it later.
I suppose content like this (ntr, incest etc...) ends up building a "reputation" for whoever. I guess like a artist becoming known for their style, filmmaker for their scenes and etc

Files not loading on Mac are usually due to permissions not being granted to the folder they're located in.
Not something on the game itself.

You made this game by yourself? That is amazing,can't wait for chapter 2! i miss Cindy & Linda already,also add more filthy frank stuff lol,btw is there more fetish going to be added in the future update? I also want features to view the characters full body model manually if you can,please add it. Don't rush your game,take your time.

the game is good i like the story(even tough i think that the beginning should be a bit different, i will explain later) the comedy is a bit cheesy but is the good kind of cheesy the mechanics are solid. in general a 8/10 for me.
The beginning of the story should be the mc wakes up in the bed in the middle of the night when his older sister open his door she enters his room with only her underwear on and goes on top of mc starts kissing him with make mc hard she then takes his d out and pulls her panties to the side she then gently puts his dick inside her and takes a little while to recover from the shock of the pain like 3 seconds lying on top of him during the 3 seconds he pets her head, then she goes back up and they do the did until both cum after they do the did, like 3 seconds after, the little sister opens the door and their dad is right behind her he scolds mc, grabs mc by force (while he is being grabbed give the player a choice of either talks "wait for me, i will wait for you" or nothing like "..." ) and trows mc out of the house on the side, of his motorcycle after a little while when mc recovers from what happen and wakes up a little more he put his clothes back on turns on the bike and leaves, after this scene the game cuts back to the begining of the game now "mc on the bar". (all that would be to give the player a choice to make the mc be loyal to his older sister if the player want it giving reasons to the player regect any advances before he reinconter makes up with her and she gives him the pass to love other women also i dont like that the scene that they are talking about this she says that "is not like they are in a romantic relationship" that kinda stings considering what happen to mc and the reason that he got kick out of the house)
what i would change:
