I suspected this was gonna happen early on, hence the decision to advance all the stories at roughly the same pace. At least LIs would not be gone for long periods of time before it ends.

And since the winning archon recreates the new world as they see fit, there's a good chance you'll get to bring back whichever LIs you choose when you do so.

I will admit, we're juggling a lot right now, with the current build and code and content in development for the next 3+ builds. And then there's the alpha code for game #3 which we promise will be formally announced shortly.
As noted in the change log below, we did some work to excise Tina from Robin's story once you complete Tina's entire run. It makes Robin's tale a little lonelier, but the main story arc is still intact. Similar changes will be in line for Marisa and Anita (and eventually Kara's inclusion in Marisa's tale).

Well, i had an idea what would happen in the end, but, bye Tina. 
Also, i don't get why Ifuma just get to the end zone and just wait for you. He said he wanted to kill you and whomever you had left to get Qi, so why just wait and give you that chance? Especially since he thinks he's so much more powerful than you.
I know everyone is dead and the game is to make them move on, but i also knew 25 chapters per characters to make you attached would make for sad send offs. With the number of chapters left plus endings and maybe epilogues?, i imagine theres either 1, or most likely 2 updates left?

His ego exploded when he absorbed Qi from an Ur-Entende and he cannot fathom the idea that anyone can compete with him so he is simply waiting to be crowned King.
One of the comments that was made recently (last 3/5 revs I believe) in AVN is that Ifuma's method of gathering Qi - torture and murder - was very inefficient and that the MC was getting more Qi from those he helped due to his methods (summarizing multiple conversations).
If Ifuma is using his Qi/murdered or tortured victim as a guide, he thinks that there are not enough people left to help to make a difference so he does not bother.
This is, so far, buying the MC time to send off the women he's been helping without interference from Ifuma.
We'll have to wait and see if Ifuma maintains this attitude for the next 3/4 revs...
As to the number of revs left - I think that there are 3/4 including endings/epilogue moments.

I know it's a bit late, but adding to what everyone else said:
This game is also coming off the heels of their last game Now & Then which was a mostly straight forward plot with LI choices, but it was a fairly linear story that was just incredibly immersive and well-told, which I, and I'm sure many others were big fans of. The Interim Domain is quite removed from that style of game with its choppiness of the story with the characters, choosing an event here n there to progress is what bothered me. It's just not my type of game to play, juggling all those characters' storylines at once. I wasn't a fan of the premise either.
That being said I am a big fan of ILSProduction's work and storytelling/world building in general, this just wasn't my cup of tea, but I am anxiously awaiting their next project.

Yes, it takes a choice/time slot that are limited per update. This is true even if you use the multi-mod which gives more choices/slots per update. However the Dev has said multiple times that players would have the opportunity to play out all the girls' storylines before ending the game.

It depends on each update. Most of them were like 6-8 choices per update. Usually it is (Number of scenes in this update) - 1. So if the update had 9 new scenes, you can have 8 choices in that update. Why? That has never been answered fully. There are like 10-15 events that are left out at this point if you just pick through the choices on a single run through. That is what the Dev will catch-up on at the end.

No, Kinderfeld has not been on this site since 2022. If you want him to see it you should post the report on his discord or itch.
There is no way to answer this with an actual number.
Qi is: (like x 1) + (love x 2) = Qi granted to the MC when the LI is sent on from The Interim Domain.
Your choices can change the number of like and love points for any of the LIs.
When I sent Mina on, for example, her points were:
(like = 13 x 1) + (Love = 3 x 2) = 19 Qi
I sent her on in story 9 and got one more like than someone who sent her on in story 8.
If you are concerned that you are missing too many points along the way, consider checking the walkthrough to get a sense of where you are versus the max for the story # you are at for a particular LI (walkthrough will give you good estimate of like and love points at each story # for each LI).

also, found a bug: I never did any elsewhere in the current run, and I clicked elsewhere, it did the usual of showing stuff that doesn't make sense at this point, but it also brought me back to Mina who's been long gone to send her again and it even gave me extra points =/
