No, that isn't what Mira told you about Mina. She cautioned you--correctly--that moving too fast, sexually, with Mina could be harmful and possibly lead to her becoming a remnant. You can progress her story as fast as you want.

Mina's also the only one where "have all the sex you can" is a drawback to her story.

You'll get a scene with her if you choose the "no one" ending. But if you like redheads, you should be an Anita fan.

Is the Saaya/Selene scene new in the DC, or did I just miss it in my last play-through?

Hmmm, no, it's in the 0.31 walkthrough. Maybe I sent Saaya on too quickly the last time through? I don't clearly recall when I did that compared to when I first got with Selene. This time through, I'm going strictly through the list in order (Kaitlin, then Tina, than Anita, etc., all the way through the list, then back to the top and start again)--last time I'd kept the LIs pretty even but wasn't quite as strict about it. I'll have to see if there's anything else new to me this time through.
