There never is the right time to do this. Do it inbetween, everyone says do it at the end. Do it at the end, everyone asks for a new game.really bored of this rework-remade thing really...finish the damn story before..uff
If there is never the right time, how about... never doing it?..There never is the right time to do this. Do it inbetween, everyone says do it at the end. Do it at the end, everyone asks for a new game.
A lot of people mention/complain about the early chapters translation. Besides updating the visuals, the translation is redone for those. So new players won't have such a hard time getting into it. That's a good thing in my book.
I know what you mean, and sure it is a risk. But Pixelslab doesn't drag this rework, and with only the first two chapters being reworked (as far as I know), this state in-between will only last until the next update drops, after that, you have one game again, and no further rework. After the next update, no one will talk about it anymore. If there is never the right time, how about... never doing it?..
I've said it before that I'm a bit worried because as far as I'm concerned, despite its flaws, the game was great enough to keep me, and many others, in. Now I also know that given how far the dev has come, a rework will probably end up improving the start quite a lot, but there's always a risk.
Also rework of games before they are complete has become so mainstream it's now seen as a joke or worse, a milking affair. I've followed this game long enough to know PixelsLab isn't doing that at all, but if you are talking about attracting new players, I think this might end up having the opposite effect.
not remaking more atm. dev could answer rest of yours questions. Is the dev reworking the entire game? I might hold off on playing it if that is the case, I tried both chapter 1 from the old and the remake and the remake is so much better in every sense. I just don't want to play chapter 2 and onwards before it catches up to the remake quality. Also if anyone could tell me how many chapters are there currently released and at which point the current game feels like the remake quality? That way I can know how long it could take.
As far as I know, there will be one more remake update for chapter 2. Chapter 3 and onward won't be touched, so the next update should also merge the remade chapters 1+2 with the rest of the game. After that, the normal updates will continue. Is the dev reworking the entire game? Really? Again?Does the game have NTR, Cuckold, Sandbox or point & click, or is it a game where we progress by making choices?
Actually neither. It's more of a kinetic novel atm, there are choices in the game but very few are somewhat impactful.Does the game have NTR, Cuckold, Sandbox or point & click, or is it a game where we progress by making choices?
Nah, it seems that he's just inactive on patreon, you can check his discord " In July, I'll definitely finish remaking Chapter 2. I may have time to work on Chapter 10 as well. "Oh no... is the game abandoned?
