An outdated Jodi Nude Unlocking mod typically causes issues. That mod and possibly a few others (like shower FOV change) are version dependent.

Wish I understood Unreal engine modding. The devs provide some basic things but they expect you to know Unreal, and I'm sure the google translate doesn't really help with clarity.
I'd make some outfits. A micro bikini would be nice.

I also want to look into the possibility of reusing that one reaper kill animation's code for total clothing destruction.

Попробуй скопировать сюда:

или сюда:
SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\TheKillingAntidote\TheKillingAntidote\Content\Paks\~mods
Только нужно копировать .pak файлы без папок.
