Do not install them under "\TheKillingAntidote\Paks\~mods". Install them under "\TheKillingAntidote\Mods" folder. You may need to create the mods folder.

You need to open a room with a drawn heart
And kill the weepers there
And see the photo in this room
Centralized Control Area: check on the photos (press E to see them in the inspection window) pinned to the boards (somewhere early in-game iirc, found somewhere the picture is in the room that has the button that unlocks the A1 lower entry door, though I don't really remember if that is true);
Desperate Weepers: the door with the heart (the code 1314 is featured in the recording found on A3 on a shelf obstructing one of the ways out; careful: weeper close encounter inside, so better either wait until you get the rifle, or have a brain smasher) - check on the photo there;
Nightmare Castle: a pumpkin monster toy found somewhere in the second half of the game (after the "shower boss" that is).

Weird things happening on the steam workshop for this game. Some mods are no longer there. Unfortunately for those that purchased the game, the subbed mods that disappear auto uninstalls.
A couple mods I know of that disappeared are a panty collecting mod and a denim skirt mod.

As Filo_p stated you need the Playtest version also. Download TKA Playtest from steam.
Delete the content of the folder ":\Steam\steamapps\common\TheKillingAntidotePlaytest" and then copy the files from cracked version into the folder. Run the Playtest version game from steam. It will run the full version now with all mods enabled.

Do you have the 0.5.1.1 game version? Eye color modification was added to this version of the game.

1. shotgun lvl, when hint appears to press T, go to the room where u open the door below.
there's a picture on the board, click it.
2. heart pw door, enter click the picture on the board.
3. towel lvl, the spot where the fan is and u need to roll, there's red light after you get through that door, look at the pumpkin and click on it.
Does anyone know how I can take the clothes I wear in the office to the story mode? I change my clothes in the office and when I continue in story mode it doesn't save or only works if I start the game again?
I only get the one I picked up in story mode, all the clothes that are in the office don't appear
There are two types of mirrors. Some only allow to use the clothes you have in your inventory, the others let you access your whole wardrobe (the mirror of this type can be seen at the office, but some more are available throughout the actual story mode).
I'm sorry, you are right. I just tried it. It only works on the A4 mirror near the lift it seems. I thought that was the case for others, but it isn't.

There are 2 types of mirrors. The dirty looking mirrors only allow changing appearance and changing clothes you have in inventory.
The clean mirrors, like in Jodi's office, are the ones that allow using all clothes you have unlocked. There are 2 of this type in the story. 1 next to elevator control room and the other on highest floor before the wave survival room (can only be accessed on new game+).
