I think you might be mistaken, I have extracted all the images for chapter 1-6 and I can assure you there is no image of Michelle giving a BJ to anyone up to the end of chapter 6. It might be that the image you are talking about references something from Chapter 7 or 8. I have not gone through all the images for 7/8 yet.
My method for making sure I do not miss content any major content, is to go through all the images and make sure I use all of them in the game. I try to unlock the scenes on the original game, to make sure I stay close to the original game. Of the 1000_ images currently used in the game up to chapter 6 there are only 4 images (And it is from Michelle, but is just 4 talk images [It is an alternate set of talk images on the plagette...back image, base image, yes image and no image] I know where it occurs in the original game, but the game crashes when you use that. I assume it's just the same dialogue options on the beach that you can also have with her on at the Plagette. Regardless, you can get her good and bad Chapter 6 ending without that content, so instead of speculating, I just left it out. But I'm confident that's it's at most just a couple of dialogue lines.
This is in definitely in my Renpy version. And is straight from the Original. The relationship points is my own idea, since I wanted to reward the player for whatever choice he made. this is just a little bonus points, and does not lock you out of any future content between the 2 of them, so the scene is completely optional. Just give you bonus relationship points.
Believe it or not, I have not played chapter 7 and 8 yet, So I myself do not know what will happen in the game yet. Honeygames actually lost the source code or something similar for ch1-6. And you had to relay your choices for 7-8 via starting questions. Obviously mine will be smoother, since my ch7-8 will be part of the main game.Once again, when I'm done with ch 7-8 I will look through all the images to make sure that I did not miss any scenes (Like I did now with ch 1-6 images) Not sure about concole changes, but I do plan to write a very detailed WT when I completed Ch 8. There is quite a few "secret" events that I'm sure nobody got (For instance fighting a street thug that wanted to assault Astrid). But that will all be in the WT.
