Don't know what's your problem here. We're all aware that it's made in Koikatsu using its assets, thank you very much (there are even screenshots in OP, wow). However, Koikatsu is only an accessible tool, not a game in itself. This game in particular is VN, so the main goal here is deliver a story, so what (probably) most people want here is a good story, which is not made with Koikatsu mind you. And the story is delivered. Also, while, well, art-style is not so integrated, the author at least has some sense of beauty/composition and CGs are at least not repulsive, and at most pretty hot. Oh, and it's first game in a long time where characters are not blatantly stupid morrons, without blackmail and that other shit, just good fucking, so, here's another plus.

The game is made using Koikatsu assets and while regrettable, the developer made really great job at capturing the angles and writing the story, all typos and spelling issues aside. Usually koikatsu games are garbage, but this one is pretty ok netori game. The work has been clearly put into each scene, and they are incomparably more complex than scenes that largest patreon western porn game developers usually offer. Each scene is actually a scene, not single animation with few grunts and cries.
So it has a "cardboard" form but not a cardboard execution. I'd support this rather than those milking projects like summertimesaga, icstor, geeseki etc

Had fun playing this, even tho the side characters were not completely my cup of tea. But I can get behind the concept of them being a provider for manly-points for the big goal Mary.
I really dislike some of the story-view from Satoshi. The hidden scenes where he is observing Kendo and Mary are nice (even tho, pretty silly, but no problem with that). But I really dont see him having Sex with her.
I know, this was probably done to make him look even worse compared to his uncle - Satoshi is not only a dick, but also cannot really satisfy his girlfriend and has a tiny cock on top of that. But I dont really need to see scenes between Satoshi and Mary, because they are a bit of a bummer when you play mainly to get her fucked by Kendo.
Also not happy with Satoshi seemingly getting a new Girlfriend (the girl asking him if he is ok near the end of 0.2.6). He was almost always a dick during the whole game so it does not really feel deserving that he gets a new girlfriend (a very pretty one on top of that).
This and Satoshi seemingly having a cuck-fetish (I would suspect that this would be the other route where Mary goes back to Satoshi to apologize) make it look like the Dev want to give him a happy end while still portraying him as a dick. Does not really fit together IMO, I would be totally fine with Satoshi just getting dumped and thats it.

Now that we have pretty much reached the first ending, I feel like reviewing what we have gotten so far.
Like I said when I first discovered this game, I think everything has been really damn solid. The technical execution is very good and has only improved over time. The story has develop with a nice pace and has a pretty decent plot all things considered. The kinda "positive angle" this game has really separates it from common kind NTR games. Of course I like a bit more wicked, naughty and corruption types of stories just like any average NTR fan, but this game give a good performance with what it tries to do and what the author clearly wants to do.
Mary has a story with her boyfriend and uncle that is clearly more in depth rather than just something to fill in the time between action scenes. It is not terribly unconventional and ambitious story but it is a story the player can enjoy just as a story. The setting and all the scenario possibilities really bring out the best of the story. The cheating aspect of Mary is good, though one can take her developing romantic feelings in a few ways depending on their own preference; it brings more of that positive vibe rather than carnal hotness or deep betrayal vibe.
The game tries out a rather vide variety of things, especially with the addition of the secondary cast. I personally have really liked Natsuki stuff so far, the cheating aspect is really working well. I know that there is a significant Netorase angle but my Netorare preference is liking it so far. The other side characters may also have their fans.
The heavy emphasis of the game on multiple perspectives is something I kinda have inconsistent opinion of. It really works for the purposes of delivering the story, but as a porn game structure it is kinda here and there. POVs of Satoshi are sometimes kinda silly, and other times you really wonder about him as a character. The sort of cuck-fetish angle pointed out by another poster above comes across kinda weird at times, which kinda affects how one views the story. I get it that this game kinda tries to deliver things on multiple fetish fronts so it is very much a personal preference thing and I really have no problem with that, but I till think it is worth mentioning. The whole story of the game is kinda weird to evaluate since there is so much stuff that might affect each other in strange ways, kinda like focusing broadly enough to cause single story lines be colored by all the others as well, if that makes sense. Makes one kinda wonder what it would be like if the game had a more focused plot and how that would affect the flow. I still think that having something for everyone of a wide audience has worked really well.
Overall I am very happy with this game and will continue to follow it. The author has a good thing going for them. I agree with Satoshi's part but with reservations, because really Satoshi's POV's can seem a bit silly, however, it is in these scenes that we receive sneaky sex from the classic netorare. Knowing this, I'd rather Satoshi's POV's just continue, but with improvements, especially since Mary and Uncle are having real sex and it would be great to see a scene of curtains or something about Satoshi's eyes thinking they are other people, like i said, netorare classic.

I really like what you're doing, it's a big netorare in a long time. As for Satoshi, I think what most people want to say is that it would be more interesting and impactful for the story if Satoshi were a more relevant character for the audience and within the game itself, because that way Mary's betrayal would weigh much more about him and everyone playing. Unfortunately, many netorare have this defect of the MC that is betrayed, of seeming very stupid with everything, an example of the rare type of MC that is good, is the MC of Fitas Namorada, who can even have many problems too, but is well written in compared to other games, and when his girlfriend cheats on him and he doesn't know it, both he and us players feel this betrayal. I really think that the climate of King of Summer is not favorable for a denser story with hate or things like that, but if you knew how to balance Satoshi well between these issues, everything would come out in the best way. (this is all just my opinion of course)
Trying to please everyone is a recipe for disaster. Ignore the toxic clown comments. In my opinion, this is one of the best koikatsu and solid ntr game I’ve played. I am looking forward to your next game already (hopefully NTR

I agree with this sentiment. I personally like my Netorare protags being a bit dense, simply for the fun scenes it allows, even if it breaks narrative-realism. That being said, I don't self-insert as an netorare protag, so I can understand why those that do may feel differently about that.
On the other hand, I often find people disparaging netorare protags for "not seeing the obvious", when it is, in fact, not obvious, or there is good reason for the protag to want to deny what is right in front of their face. "The obvious" is easy to point out when you are in god mode and fully genre aware, but much harder to do if you were in the character's shoes (anyone who has ever missed "obvious" hints in life, only to look back on them in hindsight and cringe should be aware of this). Same thing goes for denying what is right in front of your face; the internet is filled with groups that will continue to stick to their believes in the face of unsurmountable evidence, or even plain ol' reality. It's a very human thing to do, especially in relationships, where people tend to look past all sorts of things just to see the significant other that they want to see, rather than the SO they are (self-gaslighting is definitely a thing). Particularly true in the case where an NTR protag enjoys the idea of being cucked; it's easy to see how the protag would believe they are projecting there kink onto the real world and making stuff up in their head.
There's an observation that I've deemed the Shinji paradox, where folks yell at Shinji to just "get in the damn robot" while they themselves struggle to just get out of bed in the morning (I've been there, I get it). I often see the same paradox in NTR, where people expect character's to do and see things they wouldn't even be able to do and see themselves.
This is also a bit of a hot take, but I often find the NTR genre to be a quite silly genre at its core (similar to harem games). When you strip away all the fear of loss, angst, and self-doubt that lies at the surface of the genre, you are often left with some very silly tropes and views on sex and relationships. This is why I'm not too worried about realism and prefer games that lean into the silly to create fun and hot scenes, even at realism's expense (though I recognize that at a certain point a lack of realism can take people out of the story. It's a balancing act).
That all being said, I'm looking forward to some of the improvements here, and have a lot of faith in your writing (Satoshi being a dick could certainly be toned down, though it can be fun cheering for a guy to get cucked as well) I just hope you don't sacrifice great scenes/concepts in the name of realism (e.g. the Satoshi stalk BJ scene, that scene is peak! Even if it does tiptoe into superbly dense territory).

the game is nice and i hope in the future we'll have a choice to make it less heavy ntr and more netorase (like satoshi understanding his kink and talking about it with his girl and being less of a dick for example)

if you think like that then the story is already generic, like the whole "i have a bigger penis so i take all of your wife/gf" is generic but it's still good, and what i said is just to add it like a choice so ppl who prefer netorase better can have fun too
