Precisely, if you add netorase to Satoshi who is already a character with little personality, then he will turn into a nobody, whose existence will only serve to end Mary's sneaky sex. So no, that would be too big a decline, but the developer knows what he's doing, he's been doing things well so far.
I personally hope there's netorase, would make it extra sexy tbh.
Cheating and him never finding out is too repetitive, and can only end in two ways if it involves cheating.
satoshi finds out she's cheating and breaks up with her or just never finds out which is boring and repetitive, and she sees kendo once in a while to have sex with him which is a generic ending as is.
so netorase seems like the next logical step to the story and offers the game a second wind, there's barely any netorase games as is.
Though if that's not his idea, I think it would be a good idea to make the netorase route for mary.

such a detour is valid, but bringing netorase to the story being focused on now is a mistake. aside from the fact that most seem to prefer the focus to be netorare.
yeah right now is surely not the good time story wise (since the hero still seems far away from understanding that he likes that) and yeah maybe most prefer it this way which is fine but as i said if the developper wants, add a little route for the ppl like us who would prefer netorase more than netorare with mary, i don't think it'll hurt the game to add more choice later on but that's just my take
So while developer has developed enough trust for me to believe that they will continue doing great job at finishing up the game and rest of the story, now that we are sort of entering new episode, there is one thing that I would like to remind about, which many porn game developers don't seem to realize or care about, just in case. That is, the visualization of climax or in general, the climax. There are a lot of koikatsu games in particular that only consist of animations without a finish and don't really do *any* job at making sure that climax of the scene is as satisfactory as the rest of it. I like to say that there can be no good scene without good climax. Good analogy would be a great film with a shitty ending. A movie that you watch with a bated breath that ultimately leaves you with a sour feeling.
A list of things that not only other developers, but also hentai manga artist sometimes use to help visualize the climax or add some spice to it to make it more satisfying:
- cumming sound effects. I have seen some games that had changing cumming sound effects depending on how "heavily or how "much" the protagonist cums inside
- spasms during final orgasm. Could be a change in a positon, curling of toes, female or male protag making some special movements etc
- belly inflation. Usually leveraged in scenes where protagonist cums several times.
- cross-section view. Here I have seen many different approaches. Cross section view is sometimes used to not only show how "deep" the protagonist reaches etc, but for example sometimes artist use it show difference between the protagonist or another character like difference in penis size as quite common example(especially in ntr games). To show cum accumulation with continous climaxes etc.
- words, words, words. If the visual department is lacking, some people use text to give strength to the climax. Raunchy talk and whatnot.
- if not the climax itself, then post climax, like the cum spilling out, showing a creampie etc

I agree one of the main I’ve noticed over various koikatsu works is the lack of proper climax scenes. It feels very superficial at times and like more of a after thought compared other medium of its genre
"Most" is clearly yet to be demonstrated, but yeah. Right now, it's too soon with how the story is.
personally the story isn't that great in this, its typical NTR story, glad they didn't make the MC totally clueless he does get pissed off at Mary which better most NTR games, but quality writing and visuals yeah this doesn't hold candle to ones you mention though.
