Do you remember what links you used to download the game? At the very least the first three (Gofile, Mega and Pixeldrain) I uploaded personally, so I can guarantee there's no malware there.

So far Satoshi just feels like a plot device meant to drive her to seek comfort from others, if you remove him from the entire story, nothing would change except that she wouldn't be cheating because she'd be single.
Satoshi has no redeeming qualities: He has a small dick, bad at sex, is a quickshot, inattentive, selfish, dense, no confidence, others can probably find even more flaws.
It's like the only reason he is in the game is so the dev can use him as his punching bag.
With how easily Mary got convinced to cheat, combined with her sexual appetite not being satisfied, it's impossible she was loyal before the trip, how were they together for so long?

Exactly, she went from kissing him on the cheek to making out with him within literal seconds, planning to make up with Satoshi but getting fucked by Kendo all night instead, she belongs to the streets, it's why Ending 1 is the best ending, Kendo is sad, Mary gives up, and Satoshi is finally rid of her, she doesn't have a loyal bone in her body after all.
She blames Satoshi for standing her up and not communicating, but she could've gone to his room and found out he was asleep and gone with him later, and she wants to solve arguments with sex, she's the reason why they don't communicate properly, even when Satoshi tries to properly communicate, she runs away instead of talking it out, an argument isn't solved by both parties saying their piece and having sex, nothing gets resolved that way, and Satoshi knows that.
