I rather see him collect pokemon and have Satoshi achieve super sayin Super god. And Arato can pilot his mecha gundam and buster rifle the infinite stars! But just please keep Yoshi on yoshi island. He deserves that much. He is my favorite character.
On a serious note, I do apologize for coming off like an asshole again. I know I been here before but I am struggling with creating my game. Story wise and artistic wise. Don't know if I want to go realistic 3d, hand draw style, AI, or koikatsu like yours. Anyways continues the hard work. Game developing is not easy. I know you mean natsuki but my first thought was kendo randomly marrying yoshi and riding onto the sunset (without paying for mary and satoshi's stay at the resort)
His GF was cheating on him with his uncle, gaslighted him, lied about it, and has overall been almost as much of a poor partner as he is. You can't lose something you don't have and it was obvious he didn't have her anymore (realization that comes faster thanks to shizuka). Don't even pretend to be shocked that he went against kendo, he had a terrible image of his uncle from the start, which kendo makes sure to mud even more. The whole fucking plot of the game is NTR, Satoshi loses Mary to his uncle Kendo. Much betrayal, very big sense of loss. Not so much because mary is worth it (she's a slut) but because its his uncle taking advantage of their insecurities and his lack of sexual prowess to take someone he loves from him. Since you can follow both perspectives and make choices, it stands to reason (in and out of the game) that satoshi would retaliate in some form. This has been stablished, it has been foreshadowed and its facilitated because shizuka and kendo also enter the scene. Nothing so far is out of character.
Seriously tho, I don't think you are making sense anymore. Your comparisons are baseless (lmao, obito and goku) and the only coherent complain I'm getting is that you don't like is that the characters make choices and those choices have enough impact to shake their initial roles. Which is like what progression is supposed to be.

From playing the update and seeing you guys debate about the whole topic in general. I come to learn why both sides have their reasoning for liking the story. ButI came here to mostly talk about Satoshi. Upon playing the story, I see countless timesere he generally neglectss the feelings of Mary,, causing her to cheat, and it makes sense why she was crazy at the end of the new route. She had to endure so long without her pleasure or her feelings being acknowledged that when Kendo, the first person who did it, did it, it caused her to sacrifice everything for him, and when she lost him, she needed a sense of love once again, the same love that she risked everything for.
But, back to Satoshi. I've seen mixed opinions about him and heard my standpoint on him. Satoshi is a dickhead at the start, but as time passed, he learned what he had done and tried to make it up, but it was too late. He always knows what to do, but he doesn't take action, unlike his uncle, causing them to be two sides of the same coin. When I played this new route, I was honestly overjoyed because I finally saw that for once he was actually standing up and taking action. I know this is an NTR game, but this story showed how Satoish can actually change for the better. Just like in the route where he saved Mary from the Arto, when he did, the uncle actually gave up on pursuing Mary because he didn't see him as the son of the father he hated. He saw him as a man for once who was willing to stand up for his woman for once because I feel like Kendo gave so many chances to help him out in his relationship, wanting it to work, but when he knew he wouldn't change or be the man that he could be. He decided to steal Mary from him. I honestly can't wait to see more of this Satoishi—not the evil genius, but instead the man who actually takes action for the one he loves and stops hiding in fear or feeling weak towards others.
Can't wait for the next update, and this side of Satoishi more because the reason why I like him, even though he's a dickhead, is because he has shown that he can change for the better and become the King of Summer. My theory is that the three routes are the three different kings of summer. I can't wait to see this game when its full version comes out.

The scenes have always been hot but the story feels more like what if: scenarios now. I like the game but question the direction and consistency.
I simply disagree with you because we don't see it the same way. But I swore fealty to DEV so it is what it is now.

It's funny to watch people try to fit an owl onto a globe. The ending, when Satoshi could preserve himself as a whole person, comes first, when he leaves, not wanting to participate in all this. Yes, he is weak and inexperienced, but everything has its time, he got his first lesson. Then the author, for those who are not satisfied with this, continues the story in which the participants are broken over their knee in all sorts of ways. All participants commit acts, many of which can only be explained by the clouding of consciousness due to the effects of drugs. And then the players begin to reason like people who have taken LSD. LSD users find a bunch of logical explanations for why you need to jump out of a window or pounce on others, as well as other consequences of psychosis. You are simply offered to choose your version of madness and arguing which one is real makes no sense.
Outside of whatever debate seems to be going on here, all I'm gonna say is I hope to see a lot of Kendo fucking Pink Hairs brains out.
