This is only Chapter 1. It is planned to come to an end in December 2019. With Chapter 2 starting in Jan 2020.

Also, I'm not sure how Obsidu specifically is doing it, but usually for games like these numbers like v0.6 actually translate to v0.06 (so v0.10 comes after v0.6). I definitely could be wrong (why I @ Obsidu in this reply), but it's likely versioning is not limited strictly to "version X of Chapter Y". It's likely you might have something like game v0.12 and Chapter 1 finished in December 2019, then game v0.13 and Chapter 2 initial release in January 2020.
And given that (on purpose, I'm sure) the total number of chapters hasn't been revealed, this could end up being a decently large game, possibly on the level of Melody or Babysitter. Only Obsidu knows.

Pretty much spot on with what you said about the versioning. And yes, this will be quite a long game. We have roughly 3 years worth of story drafted (3 Chapters so far), once we are close to Chapter 3, we will then evaluate whether it's time to tie things off. Or perhaps look at a Chapter 4. It all depends. But even if after Chapter 3 if we decide to tie it all off. Curious, is this Chapter 2 of the story? I ask since it starts with questions like did you save the Queen, have you visited the brothel, etc?
As it has been stated many times. Those are just place holders until the old RPGM versions are in Ren'Py. As I made the switch earlier this year and to save on delaying, I said I would release the story as normal per month, and add in 0.1-0.3 gradually. Should be done by July/Aug.
