That's normal though, it was the same on the original game. The dev is quite smart in his development approach. He focuses first on just getting the content built as far as possible before focusing on bug fixes. I think in the original game only around the 50% mark did he start properly bug fixing itThanks Hero!
At the same time as much as I like original game I don't understand Rebirth at all. The never the version the more bugs it have. In this time I done some progression, lost hp (on purpose), pressed wrong button (fat fingers or skillissue) go to Purgatory. Lost all body customization at beginning, and when Barbarian return, all progress is gone, like everything, and she stuck at pregnant belly. Belly stay even after customization.
The reason this is smart is because new areas, new features, new enemies will always add new bugs anyway if you spend all your time bug fixing then where is your time to develop new content and we see that a lot in other games they are so focused on bug fixing that we can go years without any actual new content. But with Viktor Black that doesn't happen. Instead we get a steady stream of new content in buggy builds but those bugs do get patched out down the line once the content foundations have been built
Don't be surprised either if Rebirth has areas made and events made that get completely reworked as he expands on the game. Viktor Black tends to focus on just getting the content there and then expands the game in a way that naturally just fits with the way the content is developing. In the original game that entire garden puzzle area was reworked like 3 times as he decided more and more on how exactly the campaign would flow into a proper story
This is simply the way Viktor Black always develops his games and it is a good way of working as again, it ensures we get more content rather than just waiting years for updates that only fix bugs and offer no new content
