Looks like your PC doesn't support Alembic FX. Disable cum option in the start screen
Good game. It has come a long way since being a 2-3 room dungeon, and still needs a lot more work. I would like to recommend to the dev to considering following, if these features have not already been considered:
- There should to be a way to block enemy attacks. That's rather standard feature in action games like this.
- Considering how much larger the game has gotten, regional maps would be helpful.
- Switching between "left mouse click" and "E to continue" is inefficient. Please pick one and stick with it.
- Either nerf enemies using ranged attacks with a slower attack rate, or provide the barbarian with something to better fight them. It's impossible to deal them if they're not alone.
- A more optimized Esc menu. Use tabs for Stats, Body, Locations, Cheats, and whatever else you intend to add into the game.
Some technical issues:
- There is no joypad camera control, in Noira's Tavern, at the Inn where you serve drinks, or in N'akhzeran. There are probably other locations with the same issue I haven't found yet.
- The cursor disappears after talking to Noira about anything other than staying the night. I have to press Esc. and then click DevShowCursor every time to fix it.
- In the brothel and the public cum dump scenes, the axes remain present.
- The axes are also still present even when they've been "taken" from you by the guard at the city gate.
- The joypad interaction button does not work when serving drinks to customers.
- Walking in FPS mode in the Letel Dimension causes the camera to move way too much.
- The game is starting with all the body slides on the lowest setting instead of the default barbarian body shape.
- Restarting in the dungeon (after being swallowed and NOT having her axes) respawns the barbarian with her axes.
- Going from the first dungeon to the second dungeon automatically strips the barbarian of her clothes.
Also, hope to see some trolls under that bridge soon(I did find a way to get down there. There is a gap in the rocks near Noira's Tavern).

is it hard to make it? I remember playing old version of this game that was win32 compiled

Played 0.8.8.1, and encountered number of bugs which makes this build nearly unplayable to me. Didn't noticed anyone mentioning this before.
1) Once I enter menu, I can't close it, neither by clicking ESC again nor by "x" button on the top. Only working options are teleport cheat (which always forcibly closes it), or quit to main menu.
2) For whatever reason, when you try to equip weapons and "armor" (very beginning of the game), nothing changes, and you can't attack.
3) Many "press Space to do something" functions refuses to work, sometimes locking you up until you reset the game by any means. This includes witch, attempts to sleep in the brothel and attempt to "pay with sex for resurrection".
4) In certain events, animations glitches and barbarian gets horribly mangled (and when she isn't, then her partners would glitch instead). Would provide screens later.
Didn't tested any further.

Thanks for report. After global changes I should check every event in the game. I will pay attention for your report and in the following releases most bugs will be solved.
Suppose you can't find axe, it's at door to room with dance event on first floor. Just look above your head. It's main issue in this dimension, cause it's hard to notice when most of active items on another eye level while only axe much higher.

any ways to run out from orcs in tavern without goblin cave door? Or do you planning to add such ways? Right now it's looks weird, cause if we use that door to cave we magicaly get our weapons back which was stollen.
