there's a comprehensive walkthrough in the developer's official Discord. there's an invite for it on page 1 of this thread (you don't need an account or anything to take part; just type in a random name, give a birth date and click outside the pop-up about how you should make an account)

After exiting Noria's tavern, keep following the road. You'll come across a bridge to your left which will lead you to a town called Devenant. If you don't turn left towards the bridge and keep going straight through, you should come across an Arena where there's a weapon master who'll sell you axes or a sword and shield

Question to dev: why are there like 4 different camera modes? and why is y axis inverted in half of them? Can we expect camera movement to be consistent at some point and is there going to be a toggle for inverted camera in the future?

2 more things I'd like to bring your attention to. First is: seems like some quests tend to softlock and you can get sequence breaks even without fast-travelling to new area. The other one is: hip joints break... sort of: butt becomes flat for example when angle is less than 90 degrees. Not really that big of a deal, but does break my immersion. So question: would changing hip joints require also modifying animations?
(I hope I don't sound demanding with those questions - I just have no idea if there is a place to have those questions answered anywhere else without bothering you).
About camera. I added it to 0.9.9 release plan (February)
Quest softlocks - it's just testing/fixing problem. Need some time to find all cases where you can break progress.
I'm not sure that I get it right about joints. May you show me some examples?
