Go to the festival -> talk to Kinze at the festival -> talk to Mitsuri at the festival -> take her through 4 of the festival stands -> fireworks cutscene plays -> Mitsuri is yours. (If the cutscene doesn't play, I may have forgotten a step.)
The flame says the festival isn't open yet but you can just walk past it.
The point that triggers the fourth stand is hidden behind the hanging lanterns.
Don't go into the doors.
Your party will get bugged with an extra entity called "DeadmitsuriHero", you can just swap party member positions in the menu and ignore it.

Unrelated - I still believe my save file is bugged, can't seem to trigger any of the Raven event points...

I don't really have a full save, but, for the sake of just helping, these save should be at different points but should be for each event.
Kinze is to the right of mitsuri pass the doors. She's in a dress, you can't miss her
That's sort of why I stopped making paths basically, that whole sequence is a mess. I may go back to it but it's also really early on so...
I'm very sorry. Do you have any other photos? I have no idea where and what this is unfortunately. Edit: I might, but still could you give me more photos?
1.Make a copy of your data folder, I don't know how well this will work so just in case it doesn't go well.
2. download the data folder attached below
3. place the folder in TLN 3.8 WIN\www and replace it.
If you mean the 2 doors near trucks out of which only the right one works. The transfer is bugged - You end up stuck in the door after a transport sound:
Guys guys guys dont ask for full save since there is one included in the "game" folder named 100% you just need to move it to save folder or maybe you will have it there as well.
This is the character you need to talk to. The bathroom loads are just something i didn't remove yet.
