You have borked your game and save, so you would need to start over. Suggest you do it without hacking the game save.

This game gets buggier and buggier with every update, cant even get the 1st test dialogu even tho i meet the requirements, talking to Mom no matter the time of day, triggers nothing besides the faucet and shower tasks after that nothing to do.
