How murder hobo do you have to go? (scale of kill every mob to just the minimum)
Genocide.

Mobs don't respawn, there are story checks based on your protagonist's level so you are encouraged to be as high level as possible, some optional fights are fairly difficult.

Only in some specific events the game hints that you shouldn't kill some specific mobs, but otherwise you are encouraged to kill everything you can.

The game is beatable even if you just kill the bare minimum but it won't be a good idea if you want a more "completionist" playthrough.

you can exchange choosen stuff near endgame for useful stuff. swords for other items, so collect them all. another stuff you later can melt in money.

Some chosen swords aren't worth the effort
Easy way is to ignore those who don't come with xp or a prize
At end game use save edit and max their number
if you cheat... you can buy all the investment and the best equip.
making basically every shining sword trivial to obtain.

Yeah, if cheating anyway I would rather edit the generic resources and then still get the satisfaction of actually obtaining the collectibles in-game.

I mean if you don't want to cheat and to skip the obnoxious sword collecting
If I miss some points or forget to do this or that I cheat to advance as it's annoying to miss something cuz of 2 rp points :KEK:
i think you never played older rpg/jrpg. collectible spread over the whole game (some multiple games) needed for the "true end" or similar thing where the norm.

shining swords are very tame to the comparison.

The grinding part is something I hate but that's how most of rpg are I enjoy some parts and hate other parts and if I have the chance to skip parts I hate then why not games for enjoying it else better not play it
And not about that's how the game played more than the way I want to play it
collettible are the opposite of a grinding system, at the conceptual level, we can say.

Yep, i really like that about The Last Sovereign: every fight and decision is non-repeatable and therefore 'counts', there are no enemy respawns or repeatable missions.

Daaamn similar release date as Summertime Saga does it also have so much content like STS ?
The 2 are barely comparable. But short answer is yes. More, actually, if you are going by playtime hours alone. And FAR more if you factor in replayability, which TLS really encourages.
One playthrough for a thorough new player, from start to finish of TLS right now probably takes around 70-80 hours, and 80-90 when the game is finished.

Summertime Saga is a sandbox with a lot of loosely connected stories, while the TLS is one long narrative (Absolutely no filler though).
Summertime Saga is more focused on art and sex scenes, while TLS is more about worldbuilidng, characters and story.

Beyond being smut-games, the two have nearly nothing in common. But my advice remains the same either way: Play it! It might change your life.

I don't get the hype of this game ? No animations or any decent scenes ?
it's just one picture or None, unfappable Text based...
i have a really poor imagination. Well it was nice.. reading i guess. :cautious:

What hype are you referring to?
This is one of those few "adult games" where you can remove all the sex scenes, and still be left with a well written and enjoyable game. The pornographic content has never been the focus.
It's a story-driven adult RPG with well written characters and excellent world building. It's a game first, fap material second.

No animations or any decent scenes ?

Aside from the no animation part, the rest is entirely subjective and based entirely upon what you followed with...

i have a really poor imagination.
That, or you might need to abstain from any and all porn for a month or two.

Well it was nice.. reading i guess. :cautious:
It is nice reading. Even when all the sex scenes were only written text with no images.

I get it.

You wanted a simple, fatty cheeseburger, like you've gotten a hundred times before, but you accidentally walked into a low-carb sandwich shop. So you realized your mistake and left before allowing yourself to take more than a nibble, unaware that you might just have missed out on one of the best culinary experiences of your life.

Tl:dr, TLS is a terrific story first, and a porn game second. Your expactations likely ruined the experience for you.
ok bro Nice quotes i guess "Porn=sandwich shop" it makes sense !

Thing was probably looking for a game that makes them Release on air alone.
While everyone who takes each game on a individual basis, or knows what it is. Is enjoying the game by being in its mere presence alone.

in either case, looking forward to the games eventual completion, as itll be a pleasant breeze to experience it again at journeys end when Decisions are less a worry.
