Didn't open the save file, but did you by any chance not have one of the girls fuck the troll guard?
That's a bug in the most recent version- if you don't fuck him, the quest doesn't actually compelte, time doesnt properly advance, and you end up stuck on the last day because there's nothing else to do to advance time properly. I already reported it to Sierra Lee, so hopefully it will be fixed in the next version.

No, not in the ice caverns, during one of the free time sections when you go and talk to the Elf Queen Filheal in order to set up a trade negotiation between her and the Empress, she asks you to help one of her ninjas distract a giant troll guard (not an orc) so they can steal something, and you are given the option to fuck the troll or not (if you choose not, then Qum just hugs them instead)

Don't whore out QUM is really a stupid one because her entire personality does not fit someone that does not like to be getting fucked for semen. The other girls are not that type of personality but the way Qum personality she suggests she is ok with sex often. She wants her cum.
So than to let her do what she naturally likes to do and you lose relationship is JUST plain stupid. You imagine telling a Succubus sorry I'm jealous so you have to starve yourself. That is Qum's personality and now dev penalizes you for letting her act on her personality. Just suddenly change her entire personality.

you are off mark by parsec. qum personality is all about consent and refusing forced physical contact. qum life was one of mistreatment, starting with her family. simon was the first treating her as a person and not as rape object.

I didn't see anything in the Patreon post or the blog saying that all the CG for all the scenes had been completed. Can someone clarify whether all the CG images for all the scenes have really been completed, or does 1.0.0 indicate that the Steam version has been released but CG will still be added in the future?

"Well, after many years in development, we're finally here. The game is complete, features like achievements are set, and the polishing is done. Of course I will continue to be on-hand for bugfixing, my supporters will keep funding more illustrations, and I can always be convinced to tweak something with a good enough argument, but this is the complete stage I have been working toward for years.
New players: Feel free to dive in and enjoy! There are going to be a variety of celebrations of the game over the coming time, but I'll be trying to mark spoilers clearly.
Old players: Thank you for following the game so long! This launch might be a fun time to boot up the game again, especially if you haven't seen all of the recent additions and QoL changes. If you are one of the people who don't review Early Access games on principle, I'd gladly take your review now!
From this point on, I will be shifting my update patterns slightly, putting out larger art updates less often. These should continue until all the scenes are illustrated, at least, and I'll bundle any fixes or tweaks in with these updates.
I won't be blasting you with too many announcements, so if you're interested in my work, please feel free to follow me in various places:
